Can I add satellite radio to my stock navigation unit?

Hi,

So I have a 2007 Lariat, which came with everything except satellite radio. When I go into "Audio Source" it lists FM1, FM2, AM, CD, Line In, but there is a blank spot where the "SAT" option would go if my truck had it. Is there any way to add satellite to the nav unit? Or do I have to buy a dash mounted kit to get Sirius?

Thanks in advance guys!!

You can add it but need to have your headunit reprogrammed. Adding the SAT is easy but finding someone to do the reprogram.... I used United Radio in NY. They were fast and reasonably priced. The SAT unit I got from a wrecker. If you can't get one from a 07 F150 then you'll have to research other part numbers. There are two different units, terminated and non-terminated. I don't remember which one I used tho. Its an easy one plug install, the SAT unit lives right under the main head unit. Add antenna and you're golden.
