Factory sat ant plug into aftermarket Sirius radio?

http://www.amazon.com/AudioVox-XSN1V.../ref=de_a_smtd

I'm replacing my factory radio with Sirius subscription and installing a 7" multimedia unit that doesn't support sat radio.

Does anyone know if I can use the Ford sat antenna with the radio in the above link (plug and play) in lieu of running the sat antenna which comes with this radio (I believe)?

Thanks kozz.

Turns out the radio in the link I posted is for XM only and I need one for Sirius.

For my dad's 08 Super Duty, got the Sirius kit, plus a wire to connect to the ipod plug. All he does is press the aux button on the radio for Sirius. An aftermarket radio would have a similar feature for ipods etc, it's been a while since I bought mine so not sure. It's easy to get Sirius in a few different ways.

It may be easy to get Sirius in a few different ways however you only actually have two posssible choices to get sat radio without having anything hanging off the dash or windshield. One of the two requires you to have a sat ready radio.

So if you want all the wiring and such to be hidden and you don't have a sat ready radio then I think this is pretty much your only option:
