Nav/sat radio broken

I also posted this message to the 2009 F-150 section. Yesterday my SAT/NAV portion of my radio went out. FM, Jukebox, bluetooth still work. No Sat radio, NAV system went haywire, and has you 30 miles away from your location. Calls to the Ford 800 number on the screen were not helpful. Nice polite people who told me to press the position icon in NAV mode to re-calculate. Once that didn't work, they told me the Sat antenna was bad. Who knew the hard mounted antennas on the roof of the truck go bad after 8 weeks of hard music listening?
SIRIUS was more helpful, and did seem to know their product better than the kid at Ford. Don't bother to ask for a supervisor, or another more experienced person, they're all in a meeting.
Sirius said it was an equipment problem, take it to Ford.
As of late today, the dealer is "testing the system" (Stroke,Stroke). Any ideas.
PS the truck was at the same dealer last Fri. for a serious vibration of the entire truck. They replaced the "#5 coil". SAT system goes out two days later? Any ideas?
