will my sirius lifetime membership transfer...

will my lifetime membership transferfrom my factory head unit to an aftermarket head unit?

is it tied to the stereo itself or like a receiver? i have a lifetime membership and i dont want to lose it, they are very strict about transferring it from car to car so i was wondering if anyone knew.

When I got my "lifetime" I was told that you can transfer up to three (3) times @ $75.00 per transfer.

Yes, you are correct in those two parts. I had to look this model up for someone else lately. The info is in the Specifications Tab on Pioneer's site.

We sell both those parts as a package here.

You need both of them. That why I went with XM so I would only need 1
