Have you contacted your satellite provider yet. You should get a signal if it was factory installed. Ford lets Siruis know when the vehicle is sold and then you get 3 or 6 months free, I do not remember which it is. You still should call Siruis with the VIN.

When you press the SAT button on the radio what's the message on the readout?

I have a XM head unit plugged into the aux line. I also have the boombox for the xm head.

eddienyr, I have the same issue. When I hit my sirius button, it says no sat radio. I contacted sirius about a week ago but have heard nothing. I had it on my 08 Escape and loved it! I want to get it on my 09 F150.

I have the same problem with my 09 F150, it says no sat radio. I called Sirus and they couldn't find the radio ID by looking up the VIN. I have to call the dealer tomorrow.

Pete and bren... I don't get it
I assume you guys have XLT's... did you pay for the Sirius option?
If so, why wouldn't it have been turned on when you picked up the truck?
If not, why would the module be in the truck ? Therefore what would Sirius turn on?
