What's the best way to integrate?

What's the best way to integrate an iPod Nano and Sirius radio receiver to an OEM head unit for an F150 with the AUX button?

This is my setup:

PIE unit

Stereo mini-to-RCA adapter,

Female-Male X2 adapter (used to attach Ipod and Satellite radio)

I'll be adding this for a cleaner installation:

Works for me! I used these sites to show what items look like. Shop wisely and enjoy!
