anyone using an X3 PIE adaptor for their Sirius?

thinking of installing the X3 PIE adaptor into my '02 OEM stereo to run Sirius directly through an auxiliary feed instead of thru FM - this adaptor is supposed to allow me to retain the controls for the factory 6-cd changer.

this link takes you to the product ad.

Main concerns are whether any signal feedback or sound degradation will result - improved my OEM sound output quite a bit with higher end speakers, would hate to lose it through signal loss...

I have never had luck installing PIE's into a 6disc Ford radio. 99-04. Hope it works for you.

The RCA-in is much better SQ than the FM.
