Want Satellite Radio and iPod

I ordered the ‘P.I.E. FRD04-POD/S 2005-2008 Ford-to-iPod Interface’ today. I have a question for the gurus out there:

From what I understand from the description, this PIE device replaces the Satellite Radio on the AUX button on the stock radio. Question is, how can I have both the iPod and the sat radio operate (obviously not at the same time)? In other words, can I make an easy way to switch between the iPod and the Sat radio? Has anyone done such a thing? Some way to send power to on or the other that I wish to listen? Thoughts?

Also, i do not want to replace the whole setup.

Thanks for any help.

I just posted a similar question before I read yours... let me know if you find out and I'll do the same...

I know a lot of the PIE adaptors do require you to remove your Sirius radio.

This one does not and it allows you to control the iPod through the head unit:

The part is also available from the Ford dealers as part of the Ford HD radio package. See Ford F-150 HD Radio Question for a discussion on that.
