are you trying to get us into staring at a picture for a long time, thinking its a live webcam video stream? I didnt fall for it, the .jpg gave it away. Maybe next time do url and type it out to where it doesnt have the .jpg but still looks like a website.

I think you have to refresh it every few minutes manually....not quite sure what to look for though?

No sorry, CHIA is correct. You just check in randomly throughout the day, during German daylight hours. I usually see cars later on at night or early in the morning.
