Underdrive pulleys, cold air intakes, Electric fan conversions, and exhausts

I was curious if anyone made products like these for the new "04" F150's.

I've raced the truck like it is with the 3.55's, 4 WD supercab shortbed and ran a best of 16.1 @ 85 MPH, with the 5.4 3V engine.

I know they make performance products for other vehicles for racing purposes. I'm curious if there are vendors out there with these parts for our trucks.
