old username (or any) not allowing me to post to classified

i used to have an old user name with a ton of posts 100+ easy and i used to sell on the classified section, no under my user cp my post count is 0...the user name is vinson581...can any of the mods help me out! thanks guys!

the only similar user name i can find is vinson I can't find anything with 581 on it. Can you successfully log into your old SN? Are you 100% sure that is the exact spelling of your old name?

Also for what its worth, we do not allow "multiple personalities" on this site. One user name per person. So this one may "disappear" after we get this sorted out.

hey man first off sorry the only reason i made this one was to ask this question. i can indeed login to my account....it is vinson581 all lower case. thanks for the help!

hey man i tried to login with that account, it logs in fine however when i try to post to a thread (any) this is the message i get

would it just be possible to give this username (dthbypsi1) the rights i used to have possibly if that is easier?

ok i finally found your vinson581 screen name. It is in cue for email authorization. That's why you dont have access to post in this thread under that user name. Try updating and revalidating your email address....

thanks man, appreciate it sorry for the hassle, one more question, i still cant post to the classified section because my post count is 0 im not sure why this is as ive used this account for prolly the last 4 years, any way i can gain access to that without posting aimlessly up to the 100 mark?

alright here's what i can do for you for now.

1. Pick a name to keep, and ill make the other one go away
2. Post a "for sale ad" in a non classified section and i can move it into the classified section for you.
