But..... come on ref. is because you're not playing by the rules. But any way, if you end up reconsidering your position and don't have AAA, Rock Pick has maps available upon request. Is your jacket 1 size fits all? Cause that's the only size I can wear.

I don't really drive a Ford F150 truck, I pilot a flying carpet.

I got some fix it tickets the other day, too many lights up front (apparently seventy two is a couple dozen past the minimum), clear tail lights that are supposed to be red, and my lift kit has got to go.

I told the officer to go fly a kite!

No, that was a joke. They and I have pointed them out to people for years. maybe they thought you were aware of them already.

We don't have site-specific rules. Those are IB's 'blanket' rules that I assumed that you were aware of...

Secondly, get over yourself. I'm tired of your whining and boo-hoo'ing about how YOU think this site should be run.

That was uncalled for in public, you should know better. If you want to tell me to go fly a kite, at least have the courtesy to do it in private. I offered you that opportunity and you didn't take me up on it.

This post is directed to SSCULLY and RockPick -

WHY did neither of you direct me to that obscure "Terms of Use" link when we were having our little disagreements? That would have eliminated a LOT of wasted time on all 3 of our parts. That's all I was asking for - RULES!
You brought it into the public light by noting that you and I had been discussing exactly the same thing and with the direct 'call out' quoted above. I was very polite with you via PM and was receptive to your thoughts and notes...

What I don't like is being individually called out here as if this is OUR fault that you weren't aware of the general rules associated with the site. Again, what I thought you were noting as a preference to this situation was a site-specific set of rules...

Now that we're all apparently on the same page, it's time - yet again - for you to back down and chill out (and I'm putting that out there publicly again). I don't wish for anyone to hit the road but, the vehicle is sitting and idling -- and I've offered road maps.

Oh yes... and I'll hold off on your original request -- even though I can easily see it (and you know this).

-RP-

Of course a site-specific set of rules would be nice, but the generic IB terms are more than acceptable and very plainly cover the original issue. If those had been pointed out at the beginning, this never would have escalated.

Thank you for pointing those out yesterday, SSCULLY and mblouir. I doubt that I'm not the only one who has never scrolled all the way down to the bottom of the page past all the boilerplate.
