As for HP ratings, depends on who you believe. I've seen from 190 to 210 for the '95s. I think most state 200 hp - 270 lb ft, but some claim the mass air trucks are rated at 210 HP.
BTW, just curious, is the truck mass air or speed density?
As for trannies, it can have one of two or three combos. The Bauman Engineering website has a good section on determining what it is.
Plenty of bolt ons for anything 302. I have done intake mods, cat back exhaust, pulleys, and ignition on mine.
