80-86 front end fit 92'-96?
By front end I mean fenders, hood grill headlight frames etc... basically everything from doors forward.

I know the rear wheel wells are a different shape but that wont matter as it's getting a flat bed.

No. Hood and grill are significantly different in 80-86, 87-91 and 92-96. In fact where the grill and front quarter panels bolt up to the frame is different in every generation slightly.

So if you are asking if it can be done, probably, but it wont be easy

I was meaning swapping everything, hood, fenders, grill, putting everything from an 80-86 front on a 87'-96'.
