1993 4.9l oil in intake blown head gasket

I'm guessing I blew my head gasket. Antifreeze steam out the exhaust and after it sat for a day milky oil. What I'm not sure of is how oil got into the intake? Too much crank case pressure? Still in the process of tearing down.any help would be great

A bad pcv can cause oil in the intake. Also too much blowby past the rings can. It's not that unusual for a high mileage engine to do that or a new engine these days that has low tension rings for increased fuel mileage if the engine is run hard. Catch cans are becoming more popular.
