96 F150 draw running hvac and rolling up windows

I have a 96 f150 and when i roll up windows or have hvac on the ammeter drops and lights dim i was told its a bad ground. Does anyone have pics or diagrams of most of the grounds in an f150 to assist me in testing them all?

Have you load tested your battery and alternator?

What ammeter? Who installed it? Every electrical load draws current (Amps), so it's perfectly normal for an ammeter to indicate it (depending on how it was wired in). Which lights dim? Who told you it was a bad ground? Why isn't that person continuing to help you?

The grounds on a '96 F are very similar to those on a '93 B:
