Oil Leak Help!

Question Oil Leak Help!

Hey everybody. I am new to this forum and could use your help. I recently purchased a 95 F-150 4.9L with 82k on it. Did not have any leaks for a month but now seems to be leaking oil. Started on driver's side of the engine now as moved to both sides. I check the oil everyday and it does not read low on the dipstick or seem to be using much at all. I know it could be a lot of things but the truck runs great, engine does not over heat and no blue smoke from exhaust. I am guessing valve cover gaskets but would be grateful for any suggestions on what to do to check on where it is coming from, before I take it in to the shop. Diagnose suggestions? Any help would be most appreciated. Thanks!

could be oil pan gasket look under your truck and see if its wet. or could be valve cover if you can run your hand around where the valve cover seals and feel if there is any oil.

also could be the drain plug Gasket. I noticed on these trucks its common for the drain plug to leak due to an old drain plug gasket

On the I-6, the side cover gasket can leak too.
