This is a CD. A printed manual is $180.

 

Motor Manuals makes a manual with all the info you'll ever need for trucks of that time period. The F series is in that manual for 1974. I would think you'd be able to find one on maybe Ebay for cheap. I always pick them up at garage/estate sales and generally only pay a couple of bucks for one. Comes with full explanation how to completely overhaul engine, transmission, etc parts with pics and all specs including torque specs, firing order, carb settings, etc.
