Ground Connections on an 89 F150
Hi everyone.
I am new here but I had a quick question I can't seem to get the answer too. I am working on my 89 F150 that I use only in the winter time for Plowing. I was told I had to put in some strobes on my truck so I am just finishing up the wires. The controller I am putting in has a positive and a negative for power. For the positive I was thinking of tapping into the cigaratte lighter fuse as I don't use it but I am unsure where I can connect the black ground wire. I was thinking of connecting it in with the radio black ground.
Is that an ok idea? If not can someone tell me where I can ground it to as I can't see any easily accessible bolts on the frame of the firewall to get to.
Mind you also hte truck is ollllld and rusted :P
