Cool new EVERYTHING-why 173 code?

my 94 f150 runs like a new truck, but has MUCH more power just installed new alum heads(PERFORMER) new shorty headers, new msd coil, e3 plugs, flowmaster cat back3" exhaust new e40d, new 4:10 gears and lockers ALL new sensors and fp reg new egr and sensor. also installed accel 24 lb injectors and new rails. NOW thenew o2 sensor is throwing a 173 (RICH) at me- what gives?any suggestions woul be greatly appreciated, as this thing has gone WAAAAY beyond my original plan (it's the only $22,000 $1500 truck) (found it in a junkyard)

Is it Speed Density (SD) with a custom tune? Why E3 plugs? Numeous Forums talking about issues with these plugs. They are another Split Fire waste. Run the plug Edelbrock recommends, NGK or Motorcraft would be my choice with aftermarket heads.
