78 300 vs 90 efi 300

I pulled a 300 6c out of my 78 & trying to sell it local so can a guy use it in his 90 300 6c efi truck???? Will the efi parts like the intake work on my carb engine?? Anybody 100% sure??

I believe you will also have to swap heads.
