I pulled my 302 out of my truck rebuilt it stock with some nice shorty headers and some ignition upgrades I need a completely new exhaust system cuz I had to cut the old one off.

Can anyone suggest a catalytic convert and flang pipe setup to connect to my headers?

I read alot of people say to go 2 1/2 or 3" is that after the cat because all I can find from headers to cat is 2 1/2in 2 1/4 out.

Im staying single exhaust because of all the good things I have read but do i go magnaflow or flowmaster?

 

If you can go 2 1/2 to the cats and 3 single out. Magnaflow will probably give you a tiny bit more power because its a straight through design vs flowmasters baffled design. I personally like flowmasters sound better. Most good exhaust shops can make all the pipes for you
