1990 F150 / I6-300 / Manual T / 4x4

I'm going to replace my radiator and heater hoses soon. Is there any reason to stick with Motocraft (Ford original) hoses or should I go with another brand? Any suggestions on where to order them for the best cost or should I just buy locally to avoid shipping fees?
