told there are three different "strengths" of the fan clutch . will swing by napa tomorrow , but was told the extra service(?) one, though it makes a lot more noise /be activated more,is worth it for the hauling i will be doing(truck camper).anybody have experience with them? three weeks till my 1 two week vacation this year. anything i can do to make the truck bullet proof /I75 i need to get done asap.

 

I've never really looked into the different fan clutches themselves, but the "super cooling" packaged trucks had a 7 blade fan vs a 6, and a quad core radiator vs a single.

yep , i asked and the two counter guys that know their stuff ,didn't know what i was talking about. said same about fan and core. got an extra pusher electric from my dodge 440 build think i will hook it up to come on with the brake light, and be happy with what i got.
