flooding running rich

ok got my 4.9 cleaned regasketed new timing set and a crower 19211 cam

got it all dun back in the truck had a miss but fixed that and it ran fine for 3 weeks or so now its flooding on start up and running rich at idle

what ive dun/checked/replaced

during rebuild i put in new injectors
new air tem sensor
new coolent temp sensor
new idle air
new map sensor
new ignition modual
new stater
new motorcraft platinum plugs
new 8mm wires
new cap rotor
new fuel filter
new air filter
new crank case filter
new pcv valve
new egr valve
new air pump
all vac lines are new or fixed or checked for leaks
throttle body plenum and lower intake have been cleaned
i replaced the 02 about a year ago
replaced the clogged up dual cat for a replacement single cat
checked my plenum gasket for leaks
retested all the new sensors all are in spec
also tested the tps egr position sensor pulled the vac line off of the fpr no gas
check for stored codes got code 11 system pass
i had a spare computer from a good runnin engine so i swapped it with mine still same issue

i have a 195 thermostat and new rad temp stays ware it should drives great but idles rich and floods at start up

also i dont know if this makes a diffrence but i got stock manifolds and pipes till after the 02 then i have an aftermarket cat 2 2in into single 3in then reduced to 2.5 into a flowmaster 50 series 2.5 in/out

im goin nuts tryin to chase this thing down im thinkin maybe to much fuel pressure or 02 could be bad again

also im runnin 12 degrees on my timing
and in the morning(75 degrees) it dont do i t quite as bad but when i leave work at 4pm (98 degrees) it will start n die n when it restarts it stumbles over its self for about 15 seconds then catches its breath n goes to high idle then is ok

Sounds like the IAC isn't working properly.
Have you pulled the codes?

i only get code 11 system pass i also swapped it out with 2 others i had on my shelf mad no difference. also checked it with a multi meter n its in spec

but if the motor is running and i unplug the iac it makes no difference in the running

i also checked vacuum thinkin maybe the cam is takin away some vacuum screwin with the map but im gettin 25-27 psi

Try another MAP sensor, the one you have might be bad.

Or the Engine Coolant Temp sensor.
"New" unfortunately" does not mean "good"

ok changed out the map and let the truck sit for an hour n still does it. i rechecked the coolent sensor n that is in spec

now im wondering. if i start it up and get past the flooding shut it off let it sit a min it will start back up fine but if i let it sit 30 mins or more it floods. im wondering if the injectors could be leaking down

Hmm - sounds like you got a bad set of injectors.

it's probably just one bad one.
Pull your spark plugs one at a time and look for ones that are fouled or even wet. That will tell you which injector(s) are the issue
