Got question
Have 95 F150 building 347 for it Scat bottom end 9000 series crank full floating rods, Probe flat tops lunati bare bones cam #11201LK 24lb injectors ported 93 mustang GT heads stainless valves stock intake (soon to be changed) Certified road ripper 2000 trans need to knw compression ratio and do i need different mass airflow and wht else do i need ordering motorvation custom puter also

Talk to the techies at Motorvation. They will recommend a MAF meter compatible with their PCM and will also probably be able to size the injectors based on your build info.

With an AOD, yes. It has no interface with the PCM.
Whether you should or not is entirely a different matter. There is so much EFI stuff out there for the 5.0 Mustangs and 90+% of it is directly applicable to trucks that it seems like a waste of time, money and effort to step back to carburetion and an old-style ignition.
There's also the matter of the AOD not being the strongest tranny that Ford ever built. The 2 piece input shaft is a known weak point. Count of some major tranny surgery as part of a performance rebuild.
