Do i have to use high heat paint.

I want to paint that thing that holds the air filter and sits on top of the carb, i dont know what its called but i will include a picture its a circular black thing. Do i have to use high heat paint to paint that, or does it not get hot, it does sit on top of the carb if that makes a difference. http://tinypic.com/view.php?pic=2chopb9&s=5

Use anything you wish - it does get hot - anything in the engine compartment does - but not hot enough to require SR-71 paint.

I sprayed some on the bottom of mine. wasn't a professional job by any means but I figured it may help keep it somewhat cooler.
