95 model 4.9 manual - Speedometer/odometer failure

For my 1995 model 4.9 manual F150 - the speedometer/odometer stopped working. The Odometer is now a blank area.. The truck had approximately 220,000 miles on it.. Should the odometer/spedometer both fail at the same time?

I checked the fuses and all are good.. With the odometer being all blanks it makes me think it might be something electrical..

Any ideas on where to look next?

Thanks in advance for your help.

If you have verified all your fuses, then you need to check your connectors and grounds to make sure nothing is loose or corroded. If the fuses are good, the harness is good and the connections are tight that leaves only the PSOM (Programmable Speedometer / Odometer Module) itself. AFAIK they can only be replaced not serviced.
