1994 F150 Clutch Issue

Hi hows it going and let me start out by saying thanks for taking the time to read this, there's tons of threads on leaky bottom internal slaves cylinders.
But i have a complete different issue, my buddy and i just replaced the clutch in my truck, it was just starting to slip, turned the flywheel and put everything back together, bled it. but it won't work, there's no fluid leaks out of the bottom slave, we then replaced the up clutch master, bench bled it, and use a power vacuum bleeder, still nothing. we also tried different torque spec's from 20 to 40 lbs on the clutch. were at a loss we have put i betcha 1 gallon brake fluid threw it, just bleeding it. If anyone has any ideas they would be greatly appreciated

Did you replace the whole kit - disc, pressure plate, slave/throwout bearing, and pilot bearing? Did you use OEM or aftermarket?

Why didn't you replace the internal slave when you had it apart? Isn't it integral with the throwout bearing?

Again - OEM or aftermarket?

try bleeding it this way, sounds *** backwards but it works.

Top off the master cylinder, open the bleeder and pump slowly 5 times. close bleeder and top off fluid. Pump slowly 10 times and bleed. Do this 5 times and on the 5th time the pedal should get some feel. Repeat as nesseccary until the pedal has returned. Did this twice now on the bastard-to-bleed internal slaves (one M5OD, one SB ZF) and both are now great after having little to no pedal.

Back bleeding works better. That's where you take the cap off the reservoir, connect a pump to the slave screw, and pump fluid so it pours out the top of the reservoir.
