my fun lower intake monday

i spent my monday with my buddy putting in lower intake gaskets in his 94 ford bronco 302 "aintifreeze was squirting out of the lower intake gasket"

it took 7 hours a case of beer pack of sigs and some burgers

first problem we ran into was the inside middle plentum bold is a 40 torques bit but my only 40 was for a 3/8 drive rachet so i had to press out my 40 and put it into my 20 that was a 1/4 drive problem solved

next the brittle vacum lines broke so spent a wile fixing them

finaly the passengerside front lower intake bolt comes out and takes the threads with it so i had to drill and tap for new bolt now that problems solved

everything else was strait forward heres some pics of my big *** under the hood lol

some of the new gaskets

them pesky rear intake gasket

finaly apart

again with them back bolts

hope u had a laugh

any questions on how to go about it or torque specs ill be happy to help u out

not a hard job just time consuming

I just had a plain ole torq bit I stabbed into a quarter inch drive socket and wrapped with electrical tape to get the middle bolt.
