isolation valve

i did a flashout on my RABS, and it says shorted isolation valve or circuit (haynes-flashout 7flashes)
where does these locate on the truck?
if they're bad can it be repaired or do i need new?
found this "1988 ford f-150 abs actuator assembly wagner brakes ra122025" at theautopartsshop. but it's quite pricey.
might have a bad/leaky dump valve wich makes the pedal soft aswell (no flashout on this)
any other online shop that's cheaper is welcome (can they be taken of trucks with other engines?)

module is RABS1
