need electric fan advice

i am going to be installing an electric fan setup in my 94 f150 since it tends to overheat pulling my 7500 lb camper. i need some advice on what to get and what to look for. i think i am going to get a dual 16" setup from jegs pulling 4200 cfm.

does anyone know what the stock fan cfm rating is?

any advice is greatly appreciated

7500 lbs.??????
I'd be way more worried about the tranny temps than the engine temps.
You may want to consider keeping your stock fan in place and adding an electric auxiliary to deal with the overload conditions.

I just don't trust electric fans to pull as much air or not fail as often as a mechanical fan. Worst case is change the belt in 2minutes. Do you have a quad core radiator?

An electric fan does not have the cooling capacity of the OEM mechanical/clutch fan. Either the radiator has mineral build up, or the clutch
on the mechanical fan is defective.

And, as Adrain has said, the failure rate for e-fan setups is much higher than OEM mechanical/clutch fans.

ok so stick with the clutch fan. the problem is my truck has a 4" body lift so the fan shroud has about a 3" gap in the bottom and i think thats the problem it's just sucking all the air through that gap instead of the radiator

does anyone make an offset fan shroud?

Make a shroud extension out of sheet metal.
