Which PCV Valve for my truck?

I have a new to me 95 F-150 with a 4.9L. The PCV vale that came with the truck has a double elbow (two ports) on top of it, but there is only one hose connected to it. I know there are three PCV valves possible for this truck depending on GVW. The new correct valve at the store, for my GVW, also has two ports on top of it. Should I have another hose connected to it or should it be a single port valve? Thanks

Yes, they will have 2 ports. You will only use the bottom port. The assembly should come with a plug for the top port. The unit should look like this:
