OPERATION 1981 F250 Restoration!
So i desided to do a little restoration of my truck the body didnt sit right there was rust everywhere the motor needed work so i desided to rip it down ive been working on this for about 3 weeks now and here is the progress so far!

Mmmm... Swiss-cheese frame - definitely an '81!
Now would be a good time to weld up the front crossmember as described in this TSB:
I also recommend converting to a hydraulic clutch.
The '87-96 power brake booster is an easy swap, and it'll free up a little room under the hood. If you do that, you might as well swap to the '92-96 master cylinder with integral residual pressure valve. It's simpler than & superior to that cast-iron MC & remote proportioning valve; easier to bleed, and performs better. And it all bolts right in...
No matter what you do, keep up the pics - we love pics!

when i pulled the motor apart i found out the motor has been rebuilt no more then 20,000 ago.. its bored out 30 over and has a nasty cam in so i'm not doing anything to the motor other then what has been done i just did the head gaskets on it.. i'll have to get the rest of the pics up...i really didint want those pics that big i wish i knew how to reupload them with smalled mexy pixel or what ever but i dont i wish someone guy on the site that runs it could do it for me so this page doesnt look so sloopy

yes it was parked there and it did have a plow on it and yes you live by me you live up by sandystone dont ya i live right near newton in fredon i bought it off my buddy who owns Wilson Fuel not sure if you know who they are aswell?

ahh i see. and yup i know wilson fuel. we're really good friends with them. my dads know debbie since she was a little girl and her dad too up until he died. but damn dude, we gotta get together sometime.

Ok so its beena few months and i havent gotten much done on it my hands were broken for a month so i couldnt work on it i ended up getting a new cab for the truck cause it was rusted to hell i put my foot through the floor the other day. i just finsihed sanding and painting the new cab and the old one is gonna come off the frame tonight!
