CEL Code 63 TPS Voltage Low
Hi, I'm getting a consistent code 63 on my 1990 F150. It has the 302 V8 and I think it's called throttle body injection.
The pinout of my Haynes manual pg 4-21 diagram 15.32 differs from http://www.fordfuelinjection.com/?p=30 (VREF and TPS switched) so which is correct? (Probably the later I'm assuming)
When doing the measurements the Haynes manual suggests... for Voltage I get .27v closed throttle and 1.3v WOT. I have 5v available on the TPS pin (http://www.fordfuelinjection.com/?p=30) when the harness is disconnected from the TPS. When reading the resistance between SIG RTN and TPS I get 851ohms at closed throttle and about .543M at WOT. This seems to be bass ackwards from what the Haynes manual says....
I clear the code 63 by removing the jumper wire before the codes finish flashing, turn off/remove the key and turn the key on and the CEL comes on with the same code. It idles at about 1000 RPM and is kinda jerky when speeding up or slowing down.
Should I replace the TPS? if so how do I get at it... the manual just says to scribe a mark... Hints or tips? It seems to be under the throttle body.

Best info I've found:
http://www.fullsizebronco.com/forum/...ad.php?t=53840
Idealy the idle voltage should be .97 volts.
