94 F150 wont start One Click then nothing?

Here is the problem I had a dead battery so i changed it. and now it wont start it just clicks once. I have also changed the battery terminals. I have lights and when i turn it over and nothing and I lose the lights and then i have to tap the battery terminals to get the lights back. I was thinking that its a bad ground wire but not sure.

There's a relay on the pass side fender. My 90 did the same thing when I had a dead cell in my battery.$10 fix.

The click is the relay working, so it's probably not the issue.
I think you may be on the right track with looking at the ground cable.
Take one of your jumper cables and jump from the battery (-) to the block. If it starts, you have a problem with the ground.
