5x135 to5x5.5 on 93 f150 tire swap

Hi y'all
I have a 93 f150 I just got off my father. I picked up a set of 35" 12.5x16.5 BFG at's on 8 hole alloy rims they are 5x135 though off a 2001 what is the best way to adapt these it looks with just filing a smidge off each bolt hole they will slide on but then the lugnuts will be offfcenter in there hole and doesn't look like there is enough room to tighten get the lug wrench on them. I know there is adaptors but wasn't sure if that is a viable option. If anyone has 31-35 on 5x5.5 to trade I would be interested these are really nice rims

Well, that's certainly the WORST way!

It's obviously viable enough to support a large market. Look in the back of any off-road magazine, or on eBay, or just Google for wheel adapters. Another option is buying rims that fit the truck AND tires.

Posting your e-mail publicly will get you on every **** & Russian bride mailing list. I suggest you edit that out. If you want people to be able to e-mail you, put it in your profile. It's safer there.

I would gladly trade you my 31's and stock wheels for 35's
Except shipping on wheels and tires is ridiculous buddy. You're better off selling what you got and buying something for your truck and not messing with things to ruin the wheels or your truck.
