shop manuals
Looking for anybody that might have a factory shop/service/repair manual for a 1991 F150 4X that they might wish to sell. My dad decided to quit driving since he is now 91, and thought that perhaps his reflexes were not good enough to be a safe driver. Us "kids" were happy to hear this as we were ready for "that" talk with him.
In the aftermath, I bought his 1991 F150 4X which only has 24,000 miles on the clock. Still has it's original tires!!! I would really like to find original factory service and repair and shop manuals for this truck.
If anybody has them for sale, or can direct me to someone who does, please let me know!!!!
Thanks!!!!
Dennis

They sometimes show up on eBay either in hardcopy or on CD.
The publisher was www.helminc.com but they're probably out of print by now. Check with them anyway, they may have some NOS lying on a shelf.

Ford never offered pre-'92 CDs to the dealerships, but Helm might have archived the old paper manuals. You don't wanna know Helm's price, though...

The good thing is: there weren't many functional changes from '91 to '92, so there's a lot of info on the '92 disk that would apply to your truck, and those disks are everywhere. There was a torrent website that offered images of all the disks a few years back, and even though it was shut down after a few months, it was Pandora's Box. So check eBay, CraigsList, vendors here, Google, or e-mail me. If you want to see what they look like & how they work, read these captions:
