'93 Power Steering Pump

I have a fluid leak coming from the power steering pump of my '93 f150. It's difficult to see exactly where, but it looks like from the pump body just above the black rubber down hose.
Does this mean pump replacement, if so how easy a job, and buy new or used?

Ok. I have pinpointed where the leak is coming from. There are two rubber hoses that go into the plastic resevoir with the fluid filler cap attached. One comes out from the bottom, the other to the side via a (flanged?) metal tube into the steering column.
The leak is coming from where the metal pipe enters the nut on the side of the resevoir. This pipe feels loose, I can move it slightly backwards and forwards, but the nut that it goes through the center of is tight, cannot tighten it further.
Am I correct it assuming that this pipe is flanged and compressed by tightening the nut?
Does this mean a simple replacement of the metal pipe and nut?
Why is it leaking if the nut is tifght?
Advice please.
