New to truck modding, well somewhat. Been around them but mostly been playing with mustangs. I have a 1993 F150 302 auto 4x4 6'bed all stock and looking to start doing some work on it over the winter. I would like to start with the body. The trucks body NEEDS MAJOR help. The rust is starting to get out of hand on the hood and over the wheel wells. Any ideas, or pics of nice looking 150's around my year, to get me started in a good direction on getting it to look good again....or better. Posting some web site where I could get the stuff you will be mentioning would help if you can.

I know I would be looking for a new hood, nerf bars, maybe some conservative fender flares I guess What do you guys think about 4" lifts? I have heard so many negatives about lifts on a stock truck. Any advice would be grateful.

I can have some pics up of what the truck looks now like later this week.
