Thumbs down 1995 Lightning WIW?

Hi,

I found a 1995 Lighting locally and was wondering what you guys would think it is worth. Trying to find the appropriate price.

The only things not stock is a K&N air filter, and an alpine deck. Other than that, its a white truck, in great condition with 107,XXX miles on it.

About how much would be a fair price to offer, or what are they generally worth?

Thanks for the help,
Jared

the most i would pay is about $4000. thats because of the motor. but if they came in 4x4 then i would pay a little more, possibly. also depends on any problems the truck has if any. kbb calls for about $6700 but that seems too high to me. especially for a shortbed 2x4 truck.

A lot...

...I wish

I have a '94 with 62k, would like to think it's worth $100,000.00

I'm afraid you should be able to buy it for no more than $5k.

Either way, it is really only worth what someone is willing to pay for it.

It's a little more than just a shortbed 4x2 truck...

It being a buyers market right now I'd be saying 4 or 5k with a nice body. Your paying for the limited run in '95 with the second rarest color. Black would be big money. And the hopped up 351 is nice too.

No 4x4 lightnings btw.

i know the lightnings never came in 4x4. i even said that. i just have no use for the lightnings. thats why i wouldnt pay too much for one. i need 4x4 just to get through my driveway when it rains. but i do like the motors they had. i almost stuck a lightning block in my truck but i figured the trans wouldnt hold up and it was brand new so i made my decisions plus all the brackets would have had to be replaced according to a engine machine shop i use.
