Please Help Diagnose!

1997 supercab with the 4.6L. The truck won't start and it is making a clicking sound behind the cluster somewhere (like when the battery's dead and it clicks as you turn the key) Well, it is making this sound all the time and the battery's not dead because the radio and lights will all turn on and run fine. Any ideas or something to try?

You need about 10 amps to run the lights and even less for the radio.
You need about 100 to start to even think about turning the engine over.
It could still be the battery.

What is the voltage at the battery when you turn the key and you get the clicking noise. If it drops below 10 you need a new battery.

Of course there is the possibility of a bad starter as stated or a starter relay.

With the key in the on position if you use a jumper cable and jump from the main terminal (battery side) of the starter relay and touch the other main terminal (starter side) of the starter relay does it try and turn over or do nothing?

If it now starts your relay is bad.

If your voltage is good and bypassing your relay doesn't work it sounds like it is time for a new starter.
