install bassani headers and y-pipe
I have a 92 f150 w/351 and was going to order the bassani headers with the y-pipe they make. The only thing is i know that the 92 has the egr setup and only has one o2 sensor, thus why i need the y-pipe. I wanted to know if anyone has this setup, if the headers have the egr connection and if the y-pipe has the o2 sensor fitting on it?

yes it will fit. y pipe has the o2 sensor bung.Remember to get it for a 351, the 302 y pipe is different.
Get it from autoanything.com, thats the cheapest place. Sign up for their email offers a couple days before you order it. They will send you a $10/20 off code.
You going with the cat or no?
You can get a catco high flow cat that is 3" off ebay for $50 shipped.
https://www.ebay.com/itm/171111647656
so $200+ $50= $250 for the y pipe and cat.
Then buy a muffler.
put a turn down on it
Im running a bassani y, highflow cat, and a hooker aero chamber muffler on my 1990 302.
The bassani y pipe is really nice. I got alittle better fuel milage getting rid of the stock cats for a highflow and the better flowing y pipe.

Thanks for the info.
Yeah I was gonna go with the y-pipe without the cat. I already have high flow cats on my current exhaust and was rethinking about using those. But i did notice that they dont have the air injection pipe on them, they have been on for about 4 years now and no problems.
What kind of issue would that cause if I leave the air injection off, is that just for emissions controls. Also, if I need to keep the air injection, Im gonna have to get a new pipe to connect it back up. Where does it connect to?
