exhaust

man, you need to have either mufflers or a cat(s) for some kinda of backpressure, it'll ruin your springs, if i was you , i'd go for true duals (headers, straight back on each side to 2 mufflers (flowmaster 40s/IMCO extreme muffler - loudest out there) then exit wherever, thats gonna be sweet tho.

Its true dual from the stock manifolds back to glasspacks with 2.5 in piping and 3" tips and my god its the best ford truck ive ever heard. and the truck runs excellent if not better then it did before..to bad i sold it but the exhaust was also professionally done..my friend has an exhaust clip on his camera i can try and get on here for you

My 92 has a 94 351 Lightning motor. I've run Headers, gutted cats, and straight pipes on it for over 100,000 miles. I did put Cherry bombs on it last summer to quiet it down. they lasted 2-3 months now they are just as loud as straight pipes. The truck has 275,000 miles on it . Looks like crap but still the fastest truck around.

Want to get true duals too. I got JBA headers(not installed) and just about finished putting on the K&N intake on my 1994 Ford 5.0L. If I were to got true duals would I need two cats? What if I got x-pipe anybody have opinions have that? Probably going to get it done professional. I thought about going flowmaster or magnaflow. Want it deep and not too loud though.
Heard some exhuast clips on steetfire but they were the greatest quality.
