Starter solinoid wiring

Starter solinoid wiring

After my starter shorted out last night and melted it, Im not 100% sure on which wires to to each post. I cant find it in the haynes manual for the 89, only 86 and older

Just went and looked at my '88 F-150 with the 6 cylinder. The big cable off the battery goes to the big bolt farthest from the battery. All the small cables with the large eyes also go on that bolt. The only cable on the big bolt closest to the battery is the one that must go to the starter. The one small connection that just slides on goes on the top little post. The bottom small post is bare.

My 94 351 is the same so, i think its safe to say they all are
