Depends on what you want them to do. If you just want to match the original height, go to TireRack & look up the specs on your original make, model, & size tires - then find some 18s with the same (or close) Revs Per Mile.
But it's really easy to recalibrate the '92-96 speedo for a tire size change.

Those wheels require at least a 255 wide tire and will take anything up to a 285. With the drop combined with the unspecitied backspace of those rims, it's anybody's guess as to what will fit. As a general rule, the smaller the aspect ratio (the second number in the tire size designation, such as "40" in 255/40-18) the worse the ride.
Nothing in an 18" tire comes aywhere close to to the 720 revs/mile of a stock 235/75-15 so you'll need Steve's link on recalibrating your PSOM
