LMC rear chrome bumper just as good as the factory Ford?

Over the weekend I was rear ended, not real bad but my bumper is dented. Ford wants $530 for a rear chrome bumper with the poly traction cover and smaller step cover.

LMC has one for $270. I called and they told me it is nickle plated chrome just like the Factory Ford bumper: http://www.lmctruck.com/icatalog/fd/0062.asp

Your opinion?

The lady that hit my bumper is paying for it and wants to keep the Insurace company out of it.

LMC tends to be a quality and reliable place to buy things, but really, if she's paying for the damage you might as well get the "real" thing.

Since it is not your money, I would suggest the dealership. Especially since it comes with the covers installed.
According to my body-shop friend, you usually have to order the LMC pieces separate and assemble it yourself. And it can be tricky to snap in the plastic pieces without cracking something. (I didn't ask about your specific bumper, it was just a general comment from him.)
