In the pink wire between the ICM (Ignition Control Module) and the PCM (Powertrain Control Module)

Sorry, I can't be more specific but I don't have an EVTM for a '94. Both 93 and 96 manuals show it as the pink wire, so pink is 99+% for a 94 as well.
