Code P1151 and a few questions

My engine light came on and the scanner popped out P1151. From what I have read seems like I should replace the rear O2 sensor. Would the O2 sensor make my engine run rough intermittenly? The truck has 130k on it and I'm guessing it has never been replaced... and looks like a PITA to replace.

Also I read that I should check for a vacume leak, what is the best way to do that? Carb spray around the intake and vacume lines?

Thanks for your help.

P1151 indicates that the rear bank upstream O2 sensor is not switching properly.

If there is no evidence of an exhaust leak at or near the manifold, it's probably time to replace that O2 sensor.

I changed it today, what a difference a new O2 sensor makes. The truck is running great.
