How much antifreeze?

Hi im going to be doing a change of my coolant this weekend and had a few questions ' i got a 4.9 ltr and was wondering how many liters of antifreeze i should put in and whats the procedure of doing this also is it hard getting at the drain plug . thanks in advance. Garry
